Gaelic Games 2019

Please share with all!
Due to a medical emergency with the land owner, we are unable to host the event at the Tarantino Ranch. We are looking into options for a day site for the 16th, and will keep everyone informed of further changes. At this time we have no intentions of cancelling the event, but at this time the event will not be hosting camping.

@ Tarantino Ranch site is located roughly 40 min. east of Kingman Arizona.

The shire of Windale wishes our Solar Family of this great kingdom and beyond to join us at a new site on private land.

Site will open on Thursday @ 4 P.M. Camping areas are abundant and covered with your site fee. Once again we will be camping as a family all together as they would have in history these games would have been a clan event. RV spaces are limited, but are available (no hookups).

Friday evening, we will host the “TITANS TORCHLIGHT TOURNEY” bring all your weapons as you never know what may be required to win. This TOURNEY is open to all heavy fighters.

This year our shire would like to invite all rapier fighters for a early morning sunrise TOURNEY Saturday morning yep you guessed it @ sunrise.

We also invite all archers as we will have a forest hunt competition which I believe all will enjoy.

The morning and afternoon will bring an opportunity for pick up fighting and a spirited competition of a variety of period games as well as our traditional sheep toss and cattle raid. There will be an opportunity for all members of the family to compete. We will also host a clan’s choice A&S competition for they artisans of the kingdom. Saturday evening we will host a family potluck and encourage all attending to bring something. The shire will be providing the main course and a variety of deserts after which we will gather around the fire for stories, songs and more games while we award our winners for the event games and tournament’s.

All VENDORS are welcome at this event. All we ask is that you donate something to be used as a additional prize for the games. Vendors are asked to contact the main autocrat prior to the event to a lot space.

A detailed list of events and activities will be posted to the event page.

So please join the family of Windale for another weekend of friendship and family at Gaelic Games.
